The Wisdom Behind the Calm

After 25+ years of teaching yoga, meditation, and breathwork around the world, I’ve learned this:

Well-being begins the moment you remember how to breathe, how to move, and how to listen inward.

That belief was forged not just in studios—but in moments of extraordinary service. I’ve guided Navy SEALs through breathwork training, supported firefighters and first responders in the aftermath of 9/11, and helped executives, educators, and leaders move through intense pressure with clarity and calm.

I’ve taught at Chopra retreats and Fortune 500 companies. Led 400-person meditation rooms in London and Geneva. Trained thousands of instructors through The American Yoga Academy. And I’ve served as a Professor of Asian Studies at Seton Hall University, where I teach Zen and Yoga—a course that explores the philosophical roots and modern-day applications of these ancient practices.

But titles aside—what I care most about is helping people reconnect to what’s already within them.

Where I Am Now

Today, I focus on making ancient tools accessible for modern life. My work lives inside the True Basis platform, where I serve as a Guest Educator, offering signature audio practices, movement tools, and breath resets for professionals navigating real-life stress.

I also speak on stages and in boardrooms, blending mind-body wisdom with grounded insight. Whether you’re an executive, a caregiver, a first responder, or simply a human trying to breathe more deeply—I offer tools that actually work.
